Ruth Ashinne holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Brown University with experience in arts and design. She became interested in how mission-driven work is sustained in an organizational capacity after launching an educational start-up, working as an education instructor, and attending courses in social enterprises. Her career path is strongly influenced by her commitment to education accessibility.

Ruth takes on leadership through her mentorship positions and involvement in developing and maintaining cultural and design student organizations. Alongside these pursuits, she enjoys exploring her creative side through production, fashion design, and African anthropology.
