Leslie joined RTP in July 2023, bringing over 20 years of social justice and senior organizational management and consulting experience, at both NGOs and management consulting firms. Prior to RTP, she was the Senior Director for Strategic Partnerships at Partners In Health, the Senior Director for Foundation Partnerships and Social Impact at Save the Children, and Managing Director and Principal for Cardno Emerging Markets (formerly Emerging Markets Group). Previously, she was a Managing Director / Associate Partner at PricewaterHouseCoopers / IBM Consulting, and Senior Director at Shorebank on secondment to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She spent much of her career living in and supporting under-resourced communities, including over 15 years in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. Leslie is a graduate of Colgate University and has an MBA from Georgetown University.

Leslie lives in Concord, Massachusetts, where she actively supports community organizations focused on children when she isn’t writing, printmaking, or walking around Walden Pond.
