Lance is the CFO of HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to HGGC, he served as a Managing Director and CFO of Calera Capital and Legacy Venture as well as held senior manager roles at Ernst & Young, LLP and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Lance graduated from Brigham Young University and holds an MBA from Duke University. He is an avid golfer and water skier.
