Barbara Beller is a management executive and influential leader with 25 years’ experience in senior roles in cross-functional/industry strategic consulting for large scale business and IT transformation with high profile global clients. She is a recognized subject matter expert with extensive international experience managing multiple teams across diverse functions, industries and geographies.

Barbara is currently a Partner with Wavestone,  a business and digital consulting firm that supports organizations in delivering their most critical transformations. Over the past two decades, Wavestone has championed the transformations of more than 700 of the world’s largest enterprises from a wide range of industries. 

Barbara Beller's 9-time participation in international Ironman Triathlons showcases her exceptional drive, discipline, and resilience, aligning with the demanding and rigorous nature of the sports environment.

Barbara is a Canadian native, and worked/lived in Toronto before joining Wavestone in New York City.  Her previous professional roles included Scotiabank, Accenture, Everest Group, BMO Financial Group, and Quantum Consulting.
